Ingredients Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour), Baking soda, Salt, Powdered buttermilk, Lavender buds, Soybean oil, Lemon peel 

Instructions Shake mixture before each use to redistribute dried lavender and lemon. To make (6) 4-inch pancakes: combine 1 cup of mix to 2/3 cup of water, whisk together, do not overmix! Let batter rest for 2 minutes then pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle per pancake. Cook 1-1 1/2 minutes per side, flip only once when top bubbles and bottom is lightly browned. Enjoy!
